Since I returned, I've noticed a perhaps problematic cycle as I observed while on Cremator. I've seen people head into Rb-1, get a vest and grab a weapon and start a holdout or go near the front door of RB-1 and then wait to kill any CCA with their guard down and go back to around the corner...
I like thermals but I can see the problem, but I still want them in-game because of how unique and useful they are. If anything, take it off CCA and have it on reasonable classes for Thermal like Cremator, Transhuman Arm.
I'm pretty sure this is already a option to enable or disable in settings on main menu. Its under Hud, then "Combine Overlay" and it removes that blue effect which is why Law doesn't see it. (Could be wrong but pretty confident this is already in settings)
