Was not aware this was that big of an issue. We could either do this or make marginal more often, would probably help cops out too. Probably going with just removing that restriction overall would be best.

I mean this is something that can easily be controlled by instructing Supervisors to not force players to get those done; These could be personal progression and something to do. I can see the concern, but it can be ruled out if they are instructed to not treat them as a mandatory thing...
