Neutral I'm quite content with how things are currently. -Support regarding It seems unnecessary and confusing. I think it's important each division and rank represent themselves, and are easily identifiable visually.

+Support I think this could also be good if being stationary is a requirement to fire, gives a good excuse to use the animation that has a windup to shoot.

-Support The LPR was just too inaccessible as NPR, and as a result very little ever happened there. Having it as LPR also helps mitigate too much combat happening within the heart of the district.

-Support For reasons already stated above.

+support I think it would be cool having to be careful to avoid suspicion and checkpoints on your way to the sewers because you have a gasmask on you. It also gives another reason to go to outlands, being the freedom from the combine as well as not needing to wear a mask.

My main concern would be vehicles being overused in the city, and players going back to using them after dying/getting it confiscated/serving a sentence. I feel it does require some OOC moderation, as otherwise there is nothing stopping players from placing one whenever they feel like it.

+SUPPORT While I've always seen "Rank Leader" as a blanket term, you could argue the same for "Officer". I do believe however, it is more in line with the HL2RP aesthetic than OfC.

I think a minute and a half, or maybe two minutes would be reasonable taking into account the time it takes to prepare. There is already a thread on this topic here, it might be better to move the conversation there to keep all the feedback in one place.

-SUPPORT If you are referring to the "You are dead" timer, I think a better option would be to instead increase the cooldown for returning to a faction. I don't want to wait watching a death screen, when I could select another character instead.

-SUPPORT As cool as the proposed models look, if we switched to these we would be loosing the armbands that signify rank which is a part of the gameplay. I believe players should be able to determine a unit's rank by visuals alone. The current models we have are fine in my opinion.
