If im going out to 404 to scavenge for materials and I see 3 layers of combines force fields then a combine lock on top of a 404 entrance, it completely kills the mood. If someone says "Oh just make a EMP to turn off the combine locks" why do you think im going out to 404 for? TO GET MATERIALS...
