I Miss the old dispatch

I haven't been on the server in like 8 months and a lot of things have changed. And one thing I notice is that Supervisors cant send dispatch announcements in game. And I remember being able to do it as a supervisor before. I'm cool with dispatch automatically sending announcements. but let supervisors be able to do it too. Its a minor issue, but I used to enjoy it for rp reasons.

Dispatch would possibly be reworked as in my eyes, and possibly should be reworked if we want to stand out in most hl2rp servers.

I feel as if, supervisors send announcements through the city while dispatch is online, it would feel as if she is telling ground units something but in reality, she's not. again, the whole playable dispatch is still in theory and being discussed by cmd and me. so we shall see if we go in that route.
