What rank are you applying for?: DCO
XP: 8645.

Questions

Why are you applying for this position?: to try and have CCA to become the best faction. as of now, we are currently lacking many things including activity and objectives. i wish to become DCO because i want to help the faction to be the best of the best but also have fairness and friendliness. I'm willing to take things already up ahead as i am writing this application.

Why should we choose you over other applicants?: You should choose me over others because on how i want to bring this server back to the way it was. what do i mean by that? i mean when the server was very alive while it had 10+ players. I wish to be chosen because i believe this faction needs a person who is very active, way too active and makes a lot of suggestion and changes while also listening to faction on concerns. I am also one of those who are very open to ideas.

What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP): I was an Ordinal and APF lead on Oceania HL2RP. while being overwatch/dispatch on a small helix server before the owner decided to shut it down due inactivity.

What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?: Very active, maybe way to active to note.

Do you have a working microphone?: Yes.

Scenarios

You’re in the Nexus and an i4 comes up screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?: Already? Well, it depends… if we were in a combat situation and the i4 was screaming at me while I was distracted, then I would say it's valid. Now, let's say we were in Nexus while I was doing OOC work or even working with an OFC, and some i4 came up to us and screamed at us. Usually the OFC would try to deservice the i4 already, but I am more rational. I, of course, then tell the unit to stop as a first warning. Then explain/ask what they want and ask them why the hell they insulted me.

Now, this can go south very quickly. Where the i4 unit chooses to be mingeful and try to ignore my explanation while being an idiot. I would, of course, tell them to suspend. Or well, tell them to stop, and this will be the second warning they will get. If it continues, issue a final warning before punishment begins. Ask the other units around me to please leave while an OFC+ stays right in front of the doorway if the unit starts to run. I would, of course, say, 'You had failed even listening to me. meaning you are 10-103m... and for that reason, you are hereby deserviced before I kill him. I, of course, radio in on TAC-1 and say that the BSL must be disregarded.

Further action can be taken if the same player/unit starts to do it again. However, this would be consulted by staff before a combine ban will be issued. depending on how severe.

An i3 is being non-cohesive on the radio, saying things like “idk lol” or “dude I just killed that citizen lmao”. How would you respond?: While doing things. or even patrolling, i would of course tell the i3 to remain cohesive and use proper terminology. now there is a situation where the i3 does ignore my order. and when that happens, i tell my PT that i will be 10-6 in the nexus. when arriving in the nexus. i would use a command waypoint to tell the i3 to come to the point. if showed up. i would ask why have they disobeyed my order. they can use any excuse, sure. but if it was stable and no one was doing anything. than i would tell them they would have no excuse for failing my order or ignoring it. since they did technically seen it.

I would remind the i3 that even though he's a rank up from i4. he will still have to follow orders from anyone who is higher ranking. whether it be his PTL or an OFC+. if a command member tells you to do something, you do it. i would also give him the handbook to read and make sure he's in the discord for more informative talk before sending on his way. however, if he does start going back and do that uncohesivness. punishment will be given. a combine blacklist should be only given if all other options fail. rather having a combine ban on spot. an final warning should be issued to the i3 that if he does not suspend and use terminology. he would face punishment. if ignored than i would deservice him and demerit him.

During a patrol an i4 arrests someone for the incorrect charges. They don't seem to know what they're doing very well. How would you correct them?: Let's say he's in my PT. and the citizen was charged for 10-103m and not 148 and 63. although rare. this is just in theory. i would first pull the i4 to the side and ask them have they been trained before or is this the first time they been an officer. if they respond no, then i would radio in on TAC-2 that an i1 should report to the nexus and train the i4 and go over the handbook.

Now what if the i4 says yes? it depends, i would first ask them do they know the handbook or even been given the handbook before, and ask them do you remember who trained you, the reason i say 'who trained you' is because i see the person who trained the i4 did not do a very good job on going over the basics. when the i4 says that they do not have the handbook, that also tells me whoever trained him has never trained before. i of course tell them the mistake the officer has made and tell them the correct charges. and also give them the actual handbook. while also trying to find who trained that i4 via tagline.

You’re a DcO and an OfC loses his temper and deservices a unit for a minor infraction, which is against our rules. How would you punish the OfC?: It depends on the infraction, but let's just say that. let's say that an i3 is very stubborn about listening because he believed he felt right on what he did in the recent raid. whether it be a RDC raid or housing block raid. after they argue for so much time. it's understandable of the OFC to get pissed at certain people. but by killing an i3 because he kept arguing about how he did after the raid will not stand and frowned upon by others. I would of course tell the OFC to meet me at the nexus while telling the other officers to resume on their patrols or nominal duties.

While they arrive, I try to ask another unit to be near me. pressumly another OFC+ if in case the other OFC crashes out and tries to harm me in anyway. which results of him being demoted back to i1 and a combine blacklist if continued to brag and crash out in my discord DMs. But let's say that he didn't. well, I would ask why did he deserviced that i3. after being explained, I would say 'you need to keep your emotions in check. if that i3 become a big problem and doesn't shut up than you can ask me, should you deservice him or not. you didn't give any warnings to him, so he thought you were still listening to him. due to this incident. you will only be receiving a verbal warning. if I see this again. it will be a much greater punishment.' when understood, I send the two units back on what they were doing before.

You're leading a PT in RDC and hear a beep nearby followed by citizens shouting in code to each other. What do you order your PT to do and what are your next steps?: Depends. I would of course radio it in via TAC-2 and ask another PT to come to RDC and clamp all exits while having my PT lock RDC down and arrest the citizens and put them on the wall. I would of course order my PT to search all around the RDC place, every place, every tight corner, even upstairs. I would then question on the citizens about what the codes mean and the so called beep.

Of course, if the citizens didn't bother and try to spout out lies. i would call JURY units to take the citizens in for more questioning and if they do not speak in a certain time. all would be charged with heavy charges. if they comply, they will still be charged, just with lighter charges. before charging, I would ask the rest of the officers have they swept RDC and found anything, if none. do original charges. if founded contraband than the charges would be doubled upon. amputation should NEVER be used in this scenario. if an officer does kill an detained citizen. they will be told off and also be punished.

A Necrotic outbreak is discovered by your PT and signs show it may already be out of containment of the area, what is your immediate response?: Depends how big the outbreak is. let's say large. having noticed the increased necrotics, I would radio it in to say this place needs to be lockdown and have my officers grab anyone in the area and put them outside of this event, I would then of course order grid units to make barricades or even defenses due to the possible onslaught of necrotics.

If overrun, i would ask staff firstly if we can deploy OTA in the area for this 'event' if no. then I round round up helix and grid assets. have helix stay in the back while grid units become defensive units. if able, i would also have union and vice assets to move and clamp other areas that may be weak enough for necrotics to get through. after this, i would have 1 PT on standby, while having 2 other PTS be able to sweep city sector as normal. I would have my PT to go in the sector and finish out the rest while the backup PT stays at the entrence, prohibiting citizens from moving on forward. after cleaning up everything. I would tell on radio everything is code 4 and have CCA do nominal duties. if one officer stood out than they would receive an reward. maybe credits or even a merit.
