Why are you applying for this position?: I see that most people aren't very serious and are only joining to play PvP, so I'm applying to prevent that.
Why should we choose you over other candidates?: I generally have an RP-focused approach and believe I will be successful in this area.
What kind of experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn't have to be related to HL2RP):
I have served as LDR and OFC on some servers, but I don't think it would be ethical to name names.
What kind of activities can we expect from you?: Training and lots of fun RP moments.

Scenarios
You are on Nexus and an i4 approaches you and yells insults at you. What would you do in this situation?: First, I would tell them to calm down and not speak that way, otherwise I would penalize them or ban them from service. If they continued, I would initiate the process.
An i3 is behaving inappropriately on the radio, saying things like “idk lol” or “dude, I just killed that citizen lmao.” How would you respond?: I would tell them to be compliant and take action if necessary.
You’re a DcO and an OfC loses his temper and deservices a unit for a minor infraction, which is against our rules. How would you punish the OfC?: I would take action against them if necessary.
During patrol, an i4 arrests someone based on false accusations. They seem unaware of what they're doing. How would you correct them?: I would ask about the incident, listen to their side, and tell them what is correct.
