OZ improvements

maybe add roaming antlions in OZ to increase threat level, maybe a very tiny chance of a antlion guard and add one or more restrictor to the OZ hardpoint to protect it (could be disabled for a antlion outbreak or smth)

there should be certain parts of the map that WERE controlled by the combine, but then taken over by antlions and they have to sent a stabilization team to deal with them
