Hammer for building

Hello its just annoying for me that every prop costs 5T and instead You would have to craft a hammer then get materials then you can place down your prop but this would also be annoying this is just a suggestion nothing about being annoying and stuff this suggestion might not get accepted at all or instead of paying for props for 5T you instead just have a blueprint for it then place it

Since this idea is still relatively different to the other one, as the other handles building, this one prop spawning, I thought to still voice my thoughts on the matter.

The way this idea works, it would mean either cutting which props you can spawn, or adding a few hundred thousand items for each prop blueprint,
Not only that, but having to build the prop would also mean that dupes become impossible to do in the current way, so it would need a rework of that as well.
