Recently, the suggestion for a cooldown was accepted and implemented in the most recent update:

However, after independently testing the cooldown with another CP I discovered that the cooldown is only 15 seconds, apparently:
I'm going to assume that this was a simple, honest mistake. However, if the cooldown was set to only 15 seconds, which I doubt, then this must be changed-- there is no debate on this. No user, not even rebels, should return to combat that fast. The original impulse didn't even allow this and combat, as it currently stands, is way too consistant and quick. Please set the cooldown to somewhere around 3-5 minutes.
DISCLAIMER: I recognize that in the test I performed it was a CP vs CP killing, so it could be that it was coded it to where there was no cooldown if a CP kills one of his allies, although I doubt that this is the case.

Simple suggestion: Every single job on the server, including rebel, should have at least a three-five minute cooldown. It is jaw-dropping that individuals can return to their jobs within seconds of dying. There has to be a cooldown. Thanks!
