Hello its me again, the metrocop from brazil so of course sorry for any english errors or typos
(first of all, since its a transition period suggestion all Units will keep their emotions just slightly limited, since its how it works on HLA)
(the emotion limitation increases according to the rank)

remove sentinels
they just dont make sense lore wise and i think its funnier to let any unit guard the CA(with the exceptions being Snipers, APFs and Elites)

OTUs also known as grunts are the first Step in the Combine Soldiers
a middle ground between simple Civil Protection Units and Highly Trained Soldiers

grunts keep most of their human personality intact and also keeping their emotions fully intact

Equipment:

(ECHO)
Overwatch Standard Issue Pulse Submachine Gun

(MACE)
some shotgun that isn't the spas-12
i used the spas-12 in the print but its because i didnt have a better one to use

Exclusive DUTIES:

City Patrol/Cooperation With Civil Protection
'Grunts may interlock in PTs(4 PTs can have 1 grunt) that have an OFC+ unit and patrol with them, Grunts must remain with the PT at all times and never shoot unless attacked first'
'Grunts are not allowed to issue arrests nor attack citizens with melees(even if they are attacking the protection units) grunts should only shoot if they are attacked first or if they spot someone with a firearm or rebel suit'
'MACE OTUs are not allowed to interlock with PTs as they are more important in STs'
'Grunts cannot interact with citizens(unless asking for info on where the rebel might have gone) and must keep their interaction with the Protection Units minimum

Escorting Infestation Control Units(hazmat workers if they are ever added)
'self explainatory, not explaining this one'


OWS/EoW Rework

(the one with less armor is OWS echo, the one in the middle is EOW(looks the same regardless of being echo or mace) and the orange eyes one is OWS Mace)

OWS Have Half of their original Personality intact and emotions are slightly limited(no longer being able to feel fear or sadness)
EOWs Lack their original personality but have the same emotion limitations as OWS

Equipment:

(OWS ECHO)
Prototype Overwatch Standard Issue Pulse Rifle(the Ordinal rifle, why? because its funny to think of it as a prototype version of the ar2)

(EOW ECHO)
Overwatch Standard Issue Pulse Rifle MK2(the normal ar2)

(OWS MACE)
KSG-12

(EOW MACE)
some other shotgun thats better than both the KSG-12 and the SPAS-12


RANGER

Rangers are Emotionless regardless of rank

(they still use the Sniper rifle, i just didnt have a usable combine sniper rifle to spawn the NPC with, being why he is holding a KSG-12)





Heavy Duty Shotgunner(application)

Heavy duty shotgunners or Spikewalls are units specialized in Close quarters combat and Riot Control
these units just like APFs are Usually more aggressive than other units
Emotion Limitation depends on rank

Exclusive Duties:
Riot Control

'if the protection units cant control the riot 2 Spikewalls may deploy and assist with the riot control'


Equipment:
Heavy Pulse Shotgun
Viscerator(Spikewall uses a viscerator in the Patient Zero animation)
Stunbaton

Ordinal(OVC)

Overwatch Captains, the first step to complete emotion erasure
despite that Ordinals are still not perfect, having approximately 45% of their emotions functional

Equipment:
Experimental OSIPR MK2(higher damage, higher capacity AR2)
Viscerator

for the elite i think it would be interesting to use the 'Nemez' Combine Soldiers Legacy Edition(Combine Overhaul Pack)' combine elite soldier as if the combine are already experimenting with simpler more efficient units

Equipment:
Enhanced OSIPR MK2(Less capacity and slightly less damage than the Experimental OSIPR but has access to pulse orbs)

Viscerator



all units above OVC completely lack their emotions
anyways, as always feel free to make suggestions to the suggestion or just comment your opnion in general

Don't worry man, I'm also brazilian so I understand you.

Your suggestion is great, I would suggest the same thing as you. ECHOs could have their own voicelines and also the developers should add an voiceline list. But greaat suggestion!

Kinda agree on the units having custom voicelines but honestly would be unnecessary work
(i think that at least rangers could have custom voicelines with their own custom vocoder)

this actually looks fire especially rangers it would be amazing if we got skin reworks like these especially because current OTA look like power rangers SUPPORT+
there was a second model i'd suggest for ranger(which is personally my favorite) but didn't due to how Universally hated these areimage.png

manhacks are called viscerators (i want to go "viscerator out, identify and prosecute" style
