Make Femcops have the Skirt thingy when on Jury.

I may not speak for everyone, more so a very small minority that actually use Femcops, be it for what reason whatever.

When Femcops are on Jury, you pretty much cannot distinguish them from a Union Unit at first glance, which can get a little confusing. So I'd like to suggest to update Femcops to, maybe have a different set of animations if that's possible, and a small update design-wise to be able to have the Skirt like Jury usually has.

This is sadly not possible at the moment as it would require an edit of the Willard Networkses models of which they dont give out permissions to edit, eventhough it wouldnt nessesary be easy fix it would be doable; sadly we do not posses of such permissions.

okay as i said in the discord server

the V2(https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=2920298301) version of the Femcops have the coat(or skirt for everyone who calls it a skirt)
models/wn7new/metropolice_c24/female_01.mdl is being used as a example here
(if they have c24 they have the coat)

issue is that a ENTIRE NEW SYSTEM would need to be coded to support the WN Model V2 Features like hair and beard, hair and beard colors and clothing colors
(despite the willard guys saying the models are entirely tailored to their Server thats a lie and someone did manage to make these work)

and i didnt even mention the hell it would be to change all the citizen and metrocop models just to add coats to femcop juries
