A suggestion mentioned by Ultrover on combine discord. Which I haven't seen mentioned here so I will mention it.
Adjust biolocks so they have health "200" as quoted from Ultrover. When destroyed by weapons an alert sounds for CCA
However when EMPed there is no alert or alarm sound.
The logic behind this is that rebels would be able to get rid of biolocks without an EMP just at increased risk. Meaning a GRID can't just biolock you out of your home and then bog off and forget to remove it. Additionally it'd be useful if a Biolock appeared on both sides of the door when placed. May look a bit ugly but it serves it's function.
