Why are you applying for this position?: I am applying for this position because I believe Civil Administration can bring interactable and immersive Roleplay opportunity's to CWU and Combine players, and I want to bring immersive roleplay scenarios to both of those factions to create memorable moments on this server while remaining professional and in-character at all times.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?: I believe that I would suffice over other candidates for my extensive knowledge of Civil Administration as I see it as a serious position to bridge good immersive Roleplay across most factions instead of the basic impulse slop CA that is known as a minge class back then.
What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP): Sadly all my leadership positions are on HL2RP.

What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?: I tend to play Cremator for hours and alot however you can expect the same amount of time that I put on Cremator onto Civil Administration as well whenever I can as I can balance activity on both. Which can be 2-4 hours or more depending on the day, 4-5 days a week.
What sort of roleplay do you plan to bring to the faction and server in this position?: I plan to bring roleplay scenarios for CWU and CCA, specifically around Combines scientific research, their endless cry for more research and conquest of humanity's science and research discoveries to improve it for themselves. I plan to collaborate with CWU from time to time, to have them research and collect resources to better aid the Combine or even have them present it to Civil Administration to see if it suffices to the Combines needs or does not. This is a glimpse of the opportunity's that I wish to bring to encourage more roleplay among CWU as I plan to also collaborate with the Combine factions too of course. All that align with the atmosphere of Half life 2 or Alyx.
Describe what makes a good city broadcast and what you might use the broadcast camera for: I would primarily use it to relay propaganda messages onto our Citizens and workforce members to either deliver Combine related propaganda or to announce special events that are about to occur among the workforce. I would also deliver those messages not in blocks of text as no-one will read a block of text, but rather in a few sentences that can be read and understand by all players. I would also use the camera if their is one to provide interviews with the Minister or high ranked Civil protection members, to paint a better image of them or to see future collaborations they plan on doing with our Benefactors. All to show a better perspective of them despite being deception at its finest.

1. <:: Good evening residents of Terminal 6. As you may have noticed there are some new faces among the Workforce on our streets and Civil Administration is here to shed light upon it. Our great Benefactors have approved for funding and expansion upon our medical workforce for its future endeavors, and to give the privilege to perform their duties in the harsher regions and hazardous environments that lurk nearby or deep below our Cities. Civil Administration is also keen to inform all that these “Hazmat Medical Workers” could even have the privilege to also provide scientific research and studies within these regions to benefit our Benefactors, and to bring us one step closer to unification. Therefore, if you have the dedication to help your species, the mindset, and will to give back to our Benefactors. Then enlist at your nearest civil workforce conscription terminal today. ::>
2. <:: Good evening residents and workers of Terminal 6. Civil Administration and I would like to take a moment to address the recent attacks as of late. And to simply remind all the dangers these individuals are, and the mindset they’ll try to inflict onto us. They say our Benefactors are a “Threat.” They say that our Benefactors are here with “Malicious intent.” And this residents is simply not true, but rather an example of the congestive nature and danger of Instinct. We must look at this from a realistic point of perspective for a moment to remind us that we should be thankful for our Benefactors as they have saved us. Saved us from the ravaging portal storms that plagued our planet from the border world of “Xen”. With its invasive habitat and creatures that came from it destroying our way of life. We would’ve been plunged into endless darkness and suffering, attempting to bring back a way of life that is long gone and leaving us broken. Until our Benefactors arrived and stopped the storms completely. They fixed us, made us whole again and showed us that we can evolve into something greater than before as a species and whole. But once again our common enemy Instinct, is attempting to corrupt our minds with its Infectious mindset. Attempting to set us back into darkness with the dark tendencies and fearmonger these individuals try to inflict onto us. And if we are to evolve as a whole we must cut this out of us and report it. And Civil Administration is here to remind us all that any Civic deeds do not go unnoticed by our Benefactors or unrewarded, report those who wish to bring harm and are corrupted by Instinct. My name is Dr. Victor MacMillian, and I have recently been selected by the Director of Civil Administration within this district and by our glorious Benefactors to conduct work and oversee further endeavors within this City. I look forward to collaborating with you all, in the betterment of humanity, and within Civil Administration. ::>

How many hours of loyalist gameplay as a citizen do you have?: On this server no hours. On Minerva 2023 I had 5 hours recalling from memory of loyalism due to my scientist character.
Scenarios
You’re in the Nexus and an i4 comes up to the CA's office screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?: I'd remain calm and professional and not attempt to make him any more mad by not arguing with him or feed the flame, as I would radio in to CCA about the about the problem some i4 in my Office and request a Supervisor to escort him out or have Transhuman Forces do so too. If I have Sentinel guards, I'd tell them to watch him and ensure he doesn't escalate the situation anymore. If the Supervisor of either CCA or Transhuman Forces mark him as defunct then the Sentinels can eliminate the problem. If the Supervisors of CCA or Transhuman forces arrive to escort him out, then I would have my Sentinels assist in escorting him out for my safety and their safety too.
Judgement Waiver has been activated in the city, what do you do during this situation?: I would remain in my office and send Civil Administration reminders on the broadcast of our current code and request all occupants of Terminal 6 to remain in their homes so our forces can complete their task with ease and diligence. After that I would communicate on radio to ensure all communication is going swell while ensuring not being too invasive on radio. Being the middleman in this situation to ensure communication is going smoothly so Combine assets can perform their tasks efficient and effectively.
You receive a written letter from a claimed rebel source regarding a hostage, what do you do in this situation?: I would check our index roster on Terminal to confirm if we have a missing unit, once I confirm our missing unit and that this letter is truly a claimed Rebel source I would then forward it to Transhuman forces and Civil protection Supervisors to allow them to begin there standard operating procedures on the subject.
A Civil Protection SqL comes to your office to warn you that your broadcasts need to be more cohesive, what do you do?: I would cooperate with the SqL while remaining calm and professional. I'd then ask where specifically I need to be more cohesive on within my speech so that I do not make the same mistake again and to avoid it for future preferences. Once we come to a conclusion on the errors of my mistake I would then ensure all forward broadcast do not have the un-cohesive aspect that got me in trouble to avoid further escalations.
