Alright so another random suggestion but this one is cool 
i think-
alsooo yeah.. this one would require a entire rework on the inventory system which means could take a LOOOOOOOOOONG while to make
HELIX INVENTORY SYSTEM(or the tetris system as i like to call it)
mainly the reason of why i'm suggesting this is for two reasons
one, to make the server look less like a impulse reskin and have a more helix-like feeling(which it already does but a bit more would not hurt)
and because players would have to think on what loot is worth grabbing and which is not as they'd have space limited by slots instead of weight
which is where the next part of the suggestion comes in hand
BACKPACKS
backpacks are items that go in the backpack slot(duh) and they increase the amount of slots you have
lets say the default items slots you have is like 20, with the most basic backpack item that amount would go from 20 to 30. the better the backpack you have? the more slots it gives you.
backpacks can be crafted in the clothing workbench(since its technically a clothing item)
CCA and OTA Members can buy the backpacks for a few credits(or if Sterilized Credits are ever added, they can purchase the backpacks with that)
STRENGTH REWORK
firstly, a change to how weight works
instead of "YOU CAN'T CARRY ANY MORE ITEMS" due to being too heavy you will still be able to carry items regardless of carrying more than your maximum weight capacity, you will just get slower(and if a stamina ever gets added it will also drain faster).
the heavier you are the slower you move(although carrying many heavy items and running around CAN be a way of leveling up strength)
Strength will also make melee weapons deal more damage the higher your strength level is
OTA characters WILL have maximum strength upon being created due to the fact that they don't really have a way of leveling up(plus they are modified humans so)
How to level up strength?
i had a two ideas other than the basic "Just kick open a door multiple times" and "Grab a melee and go hit some wood non-stop" of course the old ways will still exist but should not be the main way of doing so and rather just a way of getting those 9XP left
now for the ideas:
1_ Dumbbell Weights(CCA and REBELS)
CCA can buy dumbbell weights and Rebels can craft it
the CCA Dumbbell weight can be purchased once every one hour and gives 50% of the XP bar.
the Rebels would have two dumbbell weight options, one that gives 100% of the XP Bar(more expensive to make) and one that gives only 40%(cheaper to make)
WILL break after use for both rebels and cca
1.5_ 'Proteins'(REBEL EXCLUSIVE)
gives a XP buff for strength as well 5 XP when used
has negative effects and using it many times can cause your character to start losing HP
2_ Running Around With your weight on maximum(All Factions except zombies)
as mentioned earlier basically if you carry many heavy things and run around could be a way of levelling up strength
of course there are many issues to this considering the lack of a stamina bar to balance it out
EXTRAS
alright so keep in mind that extras are even more optional than the rest of this suggestion, they are just funny little features i think would be cool
1_ CCA Masks being a Item
simple, basically CCA mask would be a item and they'd be able to remove it, good for roleplaying and for rebels to keep track of rogue units
(additionally CCA would require to remove their masks to eat)
2_ Gas Mask Filters
item that lets you not take damage in toxic areas, requires a Compatible gas mask type item equipped to work for citizen/rebel team
OTA can just use the filters without any problems tho
