Questions
What is the rank you're applying for within the faction?: Foreman.
Why are you applying for this position?: I've found playing as CWU to be much more enjoyable than rebelling or playing as a citizen.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?: Im on CWU most of the time, I've seen the enjoyability of it by working for my wage instead of trading or robbing.
What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP): Resistance group leader (old defunct hl2rp server named MelonRP)
What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?: Im a pretty social person, which would aid with leadership skills, im usually on during weekends most (although I may play on weekdays).
What sort of roleplay do you plan to bring to the faction and server in this position?: I'll do frequent workshifts during high activity days, if I can get Event Workers to also help me with Scenarios, I'll attempt to do Scenarios and such.
Describe your type of proposed events/workshifts or passive roleplay you would help with or create in the faction?: During low pop, I'd probably do something like clearing debris (Rebar, concrete and all that) from buildings or streets. During high pop, I'd probably enter the outlands to cut down trees, maybe hunt headcrabs, since Commercial workers could use the meat, pretty basic stuff.
Are you a member of a rebel group, or are you in a leadership position in a rebel group?: No.
How many hours of loyalist gameplay as a citizen do you have? (rough guess if not exact is fine): Overall, I could guess 37-42 hours.
Scenarios
You're directing a civil workforce shift when CPs arrived led by a supervisor and demand assistance from the Union. What do you do?: I'd create two groups, one to stay and work at the facility, and one to follow the CPS.
Judgement Waiver has been activated in the city during your workforce shift, what do you do during this situation?: All CWU members already at the working facility would be expected to stand their ground and work, while all those outside of the building would stay in other buildings if they cannot make it to the factory.
You receive a written letter from a claimed rebel source regarding a Union hostage, what do you do in this situation?: I would notify CPs to investigate this, as preserving workers safety is a top priority.
You learn someone has stolen from the workshift or you suspect an individual of doing so, what do you do?: I would ask a CP to search them, If they were found guilty of stealing, they CPs would arrest them for it, I assume.
One of your workshift employees is uncohesive and non-responsive to your instructions. What do you do?: Since they're insulting the Combine, I'd most likely ask them to stop at first, since that's a bad idea, if they were to continue, I'd request CPs to deal with him. (If they're minging and stuff, I'd probably make an F3.)
You learn another supervisor is abusing workshift mechanics to give monetary rewards to his friends or himself, what do you do?: I'd report them to the admins.
Terms
Do you understand abuse of this class can result in blacklisting from CWU leadership, CWU as a faction itself, and possibly even result in server and/or community punishment?: Yes, I agree to make sure to play fair.
Do you understand hiding any abusable mechanics within the faction's systems can result in punishment? (These positions will manage critical integral systems within our server as it develops.): Yes.
