General Questions

Why should we pick you over other candidates? You may write whatever you wish in order to convince us that you should be whitelisted. You might want to include experience, superior qualities, what we might be able to expect from your etc. Essentially sell yourself, make us pick you. Why do i think you should pick me? Well because i already have proven myself as a capable leader within CCA and in other servers as well i have even become the OWC for one server and Ordinal in many others and some other supervisor ranks as well such as OvC and so on for some small servers, so i have the experience i have the knowledge and i have the skills that are needed for this positions, and that is why i think you should pick me as a candidate
Specific Questions
An OWS is 10 codes, as a supervisor what do you do?
I as a sup0ervisor would approach, and order the soldier to suspend from using such codes and then inform him that we at Overwatch Transhuman Arm do not use 10 codes only CCA I would then direct him to the Terminology section of the handbook and/or the operational guide so that he may learn and memorize the terminology we use as OTA that way for the future he does not make the same mistake and confuse those around him a possible combat situation or in any other situation for that matter.
A EOW is speaking to a citizen, it seems like casual chit-chat, as a supervisor what do you do?
For one he is outside, which in the most likely case we are not deployed as of the current moment. Second he is talking to a citizen like he is a regular human being. I would first Order him immediately inside, and the moment he gets inside i would take him somewhere private I would then question him why he was outside, and why was he talking to citizens. No matter his answer if he was outside without permission and talking to citizens that is two violations i would give him a serious warning and if he is ever caught doing such a thing again he will be possibly combine banned for not following rules and failing to role play though this may sound extreme it is in my opinion fair as we are not full humans we do not disobey and we do not chit-chat like we are normal human being that have emotions or can feel emotions. Now i do not know if we can ban people from a rank but that is also an option if it so comes to it.
You are a lone asset on a patrol, you see a rebel run inside a building, the building has no other exits or entrances, there are other assets active. What do you do?
I would order assets to UNIFORM/rendezvous on my position and prepare for a breach. Knowing there is at least one in the building i would inform my team \but i would also inform them there is always the risk of more and to always be careful and just because we got one doesn't mean we got them all. I would then prepare the assets for a breach and clear the second the door is open i would send the asset with the more close-quarters weapon in first the follow suit by me and the other assets, we would slowly sweep and clear the building methodically until we have eliminated all rebels from the building once that is done i would inform all assets to move outside and we would sweep the surrounding area for anymore rebels once that is done i would most likely complete the patrol with the assets, and then move back to Nexus once all is done and complete.
An EOW asset is purposefully going out onto plaza and refusing to listen to orders, as a supervisor what do you do?
Immediately if this a repeated offense its a deservicement, once done if he does it again i personally would say its a combine ban because its clearly minging and failing to roleplay on a repeated offense. How ever if i had to handle this in character i would have some CCA units detain him on the spot and bring him inside immediately for re-education, and augmentation adjustment now he should be following the combine way but if he isn't well that right there is just failing to roleplay and actively breaking rules on top of the rules he already broke, and if he kills any of the CCA units i sent to detain him its RDM and that would defiantly be a staff issue i would turn over and clips/recordings i have over to staff and leave it to them at that point i would order everyone back to their duties or to stasis.
An i1 unit runs up to you and start screaming at you because you had let them die, as a supervisor what do you do?
A CA is being un-cohesive, speaking none approved languages and spreading anti-combine propaganda, what do you do?
So in my opinion it really depends on what rank of supervisory i am if I'm a High rank possible OdL or OwC i would handle it by arresting the City Administrator and interrogating them with the methods available then i would either Amputate or lock up the CA for the crimes he has committed he should know holding such powers equals more responsibly and failing to do such is extremely punishable if i were a lower rank i would do exactly same as i have stated but first i would either inform or request permission from a higher authority so that all is clear and known so know interruptions or mistakes are made.
Before the city can be returned to civil from Judgement waiver, what must CCA await for from OTA?
You are an OvC and condition Alpha is called by an ODL, what do you do?
As stated in the handbook all assets are to ripcord to waypoint Vector for a head count, as i would move i would inform any assets not moving to the Waypoint to start moving so that they avoid in punishment from the ODL i would line as ordered by the ODL and proceed normally and follow instructions give by the ODL. I would also act has of my position managing and fixing anything incorrect if the ODL is not currently present as of the moment.
You are leading a OZ with 2 other assets when suddenly you hear 3 anti-citizens speaking to each other inside a small house and they haven't heard you approach. How would you deal with this situation?
I would Inform my units to keep quiet and minimize noise and sound we would approach the door of the house unseen if possible and prep for a breach i would use hand signals as it is the quietest option available after we breach the door i would throw grenades if we have them in most cases we do in case don't i would use whatever else i have even Viscerators if we have them, after that i would inject the assets into the building for a hard and quick sweep and proceed to eliminate the anti-citizens as we clear the small house once clear we would rally outside said house and sweep the area around the house once done we would continue our OZ patrol.
A Jury unit reports there is an active rogue inside a known rebel outpost on the Storm System. What do you do in this situation?
I would gather a full Stabilization team inform them of the situation clear and cut, straight to the point, then we would move into the storm system and push out way to the rebel outpost and possibly allow CCA units to tag along if authorized. After reaching the outpost i would set up my team to prepare for a gun fight and for a hot breach or a breach that will contain gunfire the second we open the door, once we breach we will throw grenades in and Viscerators to distract, flush out, and hurt them and then i would have the Units, and assets with me push in hard and overwhelm them with gunfire to suppress and even maybe kill the Rogue assets/units once all is done i would secure the bodies make sure no Anti-citizens or rebels are around and we would quickly leave back to nexus once all i done.
Note: I would like to say this server is fun and i really do enjoy my time playing whether im play a rebel or im fighting as OTA either way i would be happy to become any rank in OTA and i want to further my roleplaying experience on this server because it means a lot to me this is community of great people some are bad but hey this is Gmod hat could expect but despite that i always have fun when i play this server.
