I spoke to Seqelb (OTA Faction Lead) few days ago, We talked about this. Seqelb said we might keep the it the same like OG Impulse, No HLA. It's a good idea but, yeah.

With such a low player base on the server rn I dont think extending the factions is a good thing rn

I don't see much sense in having HL:A ranks and divisions while also having transitionary soldiers in the pack, not to be a lore nerd here, but the OTA in the transition phase are going from APF, Wallhammer, Ordinal, into the usual Mace, Echo, Ranger and (later on) Grunt. also its worth mentioning that the ODL player models are the OTA in the transition phase, it just doesn't make sense, its not the best suggestion but I see why you would want some of these in the server.

Personally, the server is named HL2RP so it would make no sense for Alyx models and/or divisions and that would be the only reason, personally it has nothing to do with player pop or model size's
