Getting the OTA faction out, encourage RP and engage the community and growing the server in terms of members but this comes with having actual gameplay

I'm gonna have to go with community feedback and a solid rulebook to rely to. mostly because the community is what keeps us alive as a server, and at least listening to how the community feels about certain things I believe will make us stand out as a community
