    I disagree with that. Killing a CP/OTA rocking thermals is a big enough deal on its own. Not to mention its pretty natural progression (Rebs are scavangers afterall, they keep what they kill). No need to lock it behind any events.

    Imma be real, im not really that big of a fan of tracers in the first place. Kinda negates the point of firing from a concealed position if you just have a bright glowing trail leading STRAIGHT to you.     If they want to be rid of their rebel problem, they should roll in and do a shadow raid. If that doesn't work, call in the OTA, if that somehow doesn't work, then thats honestly a skill issue. They shouldn't be able to just lock all their problems away in a basement IMO.

    Hell, we could take things a step further, and have gasmasks require swappable filters. They dont have to be expensive, or anything like that, but not having a infinite supply of air would naturally encourage rebs to not wear gasmasks 24/7
