... In this server the shotgun has higher damage then a few others ive been in?? If people really dislike it that much, try bumping up its RoF or accuracy a bit. But otherwise, im not super keen on buffing the damage of a 80 damage shotgun in a server where the machineguns kill in 6-12 shots...

This. Im of the opinion the only weapons that should one tap are shotguns and snipers. One has a distinct range disadvantage, and the other has a large magnification scope that makes using in close quarters sketchy. The magnum has neither of these disadvantages.

Now something like a shadow raid would be nice to do AFTER things have settled and the combine know who's to blame for their problems, im NOT saying it dosent has its uses. But in the middle of a city attack? Forget it.

A surgical strike wont do shit in a street war. Things are too spread out, and too chaotic to be able to narrow things down to one target, or building. And even if you can, by it would take enough time and effort that by the time you know THE EXACT PERSON whos attacking, or the EXACT building...
