Make Femcops have the Skirt thingy when on Jury.
This is sadly not possible at the moment as it would require an edit of the Willard Networkses models of which they dont give out permissions to edit, eventhough it wouldnt nessesary be easy fix it would be doable; sadly we do not posses of such permissions.- Tryki999
