Could add a jail mining system later, or mining workshifts enforced by MPF/CWU. Combine use a lot of concrete and metal for almost everything we see in HL2; they strip earth’s water- would make sense to force them to mine some of their structural resources.

Yeah I definitely agree with this system and like Elsker said I feel we should fine some other passive or even in-general beneficial rewards beyond combat, something to promote interaction. Could add on over time, but I definitely love this idea.

This was pretty much what I was saying yeah. Be able to rep their division and have the extra benefits be an augmentation that is activated FOR VICE, above civil unrest or during extreme holdouts.

Willard V1 models do not need framework, but I do not know if this applies to Willard 2.0 combine pack or upgrades, they are very nice models and I still +1. Neutral also recommended Nemez models to me, and those are also very commendable.
