Misunderstanding, we are not talking about the period after death where you're staring at the death screen. We're talking about the cooldown to switch from your citizen character back to your combine character after death.- tsukii

Even so, a minute is pretty little at least in my opinion- and the original suggested cooldown was 3-5 minutes, which I feel fits better generally.- tsukii
