This. Im of the opinion the only weapons that should one tap are shotguns and snipers. One has a distinct range disadvantage, and the other has a large magnification scope that makes using in close quarters sketchy. The magnum has neither of these disadvantages.

Now something like a shadow raid would be nice to do AFTER things have settled and the combine know who's to blame for their problems, im NOT saying it dosent has its uses. But in the middle of a city attack? Forget it.

A surgical strike wont do shit in a street war. Things are too spread out, and too chaotic to be able to narrow things down to one target, or building. And even if you can, by it would take enough time and effort that by the time you know THE EXACT PERSON whos attacking, or the EXACT building...

I did. The rules specify they can only be sent out to take out a specific target, or raid a specific building. Dosent say anything about assisting the CPs on fending off a rebel takeover when JW isint allowed.
