Thanks for your comments. This is intentional. We want criminals and local resistance members to be the ones smuggling citizens out of the city. I've always felt that citizens should never be able to just walk out of the city as soon as they spawn in, a trend that almost every impulse-based...

We typically don't put containers in buildings since we don't want property owners hogging the container. To clarify, you feel there should be more containers in general?

Where do you think ATMs are lacking the most?
