Willard V1 models do not need framework, but I do not know if this applies to Willard 2.0 combine pack or upgrades, they are very nice models and I still +1. Neutral also recommended Nemez models to me, and those are also very commendable.

As a VICE unit and one who does combat quite a lot on the server, the advantage of even one CP vs two rebels is immense. I took on two fully armed rebels, one of which had the jump on me and shot me multiple times.

+1 very good use of codes and terminology both ingame and on this app, have PTed and patrolled with multiple times as well as been a victim of their sweeps and seen the efficiency. Very capable player and supervisor alongside this being a well done application.

Yeah I agree maybe a system-identifier for rogue, the outfit change is less immersive as they'd want to blend in more.

I agree with the suggestions but my worries are similar to Neutral’s. SMGs can be very game changing and especially one reserved for VICE; they should keep their equipment respective to them. Why give them just that gear when you need special privileges for it? Perhaps another weapon like...

+1 I agree with this. OTA should be equipped with SPS but since Vice is a CP assault division, they would be more armored than regular units

+1 agree especially with lower pop and most of our OTA being higher units. Rebels will have to directly fight OTA at times and need a counter. It would of course have to be tested with each change and implementation to not overgear the rebels too heavily with the full body.
