    Increase the stack of metal you can scavange from the crates and such, its pretty low 1-3 since you need metal for everything

    I kill people too often on accident with it, and its really good when fighting rebels, easily can kill them as it blinds and does pretty good damage. I would say reduce the damage a bit.
