    I am pretty sure that yesterday I used a flashbang as GRID and flashed myself like a moron. And I didn't notice increased MS. If it's a thing, then okay. edit:: grid gets it earlier. edit no.2:: UNION doesn't get MS buff. 190 MS just like others.

    True enough, but you still can just hop on GRID and have basically the same thing, plus GRID thingies such as lockers and cam repair. I would still add them earlier access to weaponry and/or a bit of SPS or movespeed.
