I believe the cooldown is still very short. Can someone please look into this? In order to have balance we need at least a 3-5 minute cooldown for every job (including rebel)

Once again, no one is saying that reducing PVP means it will create RP. All I've been saying is that increasing PVP only hurts the possibility to RP. I don't think people should attack you for your opinions, though

We need to normalize being challenged as a rebel. I love being a rebel, but I am very nervous for how easy it has gotten to be. Rebels should, in my opinion, only be able to pull gear out from Shell Beach for a healthy balance of PVP. Respectfully, I don't support this suggestion

Simple suggestion: Every single job on the server, including rebel, should have at least a three-five minute cooldown. It is jaw-dropping that individuals can return to their jobs within seconds of dying. There has to be a cooldown. Thanks!
