Ability to de-activate the combine overlay

I get why its in place but personally i would really like to have the choice to enable or disable it.
(note: im speaking about the blue-ish filter on the screen

It can really obstruct the view at times and be distracting.

Mine is already disabled somehow, but I think this should be an option in the menu.

I'm pretty sure this is already a option to enable or disable in settings on main menu. Its under Hud, then "Combine Overlay" and it removes that blue effect which is why Law doesn't see it. (Could be wrong but pretty confident this is already in settings)

there is no such setting, or if it exist its not in any of the categories

My eyes are already severely disfunctional, I don't need to see even less on combine
