Add storage box to CZ metabase

The CZ metabase is woefully underused, I think adding a storage box and maybe an ATM would greatly increase it's usage. I think there should at least be SOMETHING of worth in this area, as presently there's no real point to going to this metabase.

I personally think this should be the only “Meta-base” as a rebel base/hangout spot. It’s large enough it could most certainly add more role-play, especially after the dupe I saw today. This has potential and I feel it would be a great addition to add these features like the rebel locker, storage box, and ATM.
