Why should we pick you over other candidates? You may write whatever you wish in order to convince us that you should be whitelisted. You might want to include experience, superior qualities, what we might be able to expect from your etc. Essentially sell yourself, make us pick you. I have been able to effectively Co-Lead a PT, through the act of Splitting up and Uniforming without issue, only on one occasion have I encountered the issue of finding an alternative route to uniform at Condition Alpha. [Zombie Sewers was Prop-Blocked.]
Specific Questions
An OWS is 10 codes, as a supervisor what do you do? Inform the OWS to not use Ten-Codes, and re-read the OTA Handbook for them to understand the Terminology that the OTA uses.
A EOW is speaking to a citizen, it seems like casual chit-chat, as a supervisor what do you do? Tell them to remain cohesive, as speaking to the Civic Populous is strictly forbidden, OTA are only to speak to Other OTA assets, showing emotion is something that is highly advised against.
You are a lone asset on a patrol, you see a rebel run inside a building, the building has no other exits or entrances, there are other assets active. What do you do? First of all, any lone asset should not be on patrol, I would hold within Nexus until my ST has reached a close enough distance in which I can safely Uniform, then inform them of the Anti-Citizens last known vector.
An EOW asset is purposefully going out onto plaza and refusing to listen to orders, as a supervisor what do you do? I would give them 3 Warnings to ripcord back to Nexus, if they refuse the third time, I will mark the asset as a defunct unit and have him De-serviced Immediately.
An i1 unit runs up to you and start screaming at you because you had let them die, as a supervisor what do you do? Tell them in LOOC that the OTA is not responsible for ensuring the safety of Civil Protection, and that unless the City Socio-Status is in JW, and an Overwatch Asset was assisting their PT, they have no reason to scream at a Supervisory asset, and if they continue, the CP Asset may face De-merit and or De-servicement.
A CA is being un-cohesive, speaking none approved languages and spreading anti-combine propaganda, what do you do? After careful consideration with Higher OTA Supervisory Units, I would enforce the decision to mark the CA as a Defunct asset and have the OTA Assets sterilize him as soon as possible to prevent further spread of Anti-Combine Propaganda that could potentially affect our Universal Union Assets.
Before the city can be returned to civil from Judgement waiver, what must CCA await for from OTA? Confirmation that the Anti-Citizen presence has been extinguished, and that All City Vectors are confirmed under Combine Control. If there is still a small Anti-Civil Presence and Most Vectors have been secure, then the City Code will instead de-escalate to Unrest as there is still a chance of Anti-Civil Insurrection.
You are an OvC and condition Alpha is called by an ODL, what do you do? Advise any and All ST's to Uniform back at Nexus, once uniformed, do not Refresh and Resolve, and assist the ODL with Condition Alpha.
You are leading a OZ with 2 other assets when suddenly you hear 3 anti-citizens speaking to each other inside a small house and they haven't heard you approach. How would you deal with this situation? Inform my Assets of the Anti-Civil Presence, to uniform, and advise them to use Code Midnight to not alert them of our presence until I give the go-ahead to inject and exterminate the Anti-Citizens.
A Jury unit reports there is an active rogue inside a known rebel outpost on the Storm System. What do you do in this situation? Inform CP Assets in TAC-1 to suspend communication, and instead use TAC-3 within their PT's until the Rogue Asset has been fully De-serviced. Then I would inform my ST in TAC-3 that there is a Rogue CP Asset in the Storm System and to Uniform on my Vector to prepare for insertion and Sterilization of said Rogue Asset.
