Why are you applying for this position?:
ecause i want to go far in the CCA and in the server in general and i believe becoming an OfC may help boost my roleplaying experience on the server, and i think that this will also help boost me into my goals in CCA in general i also want to help new players to CCA, and i want to help the server in general by any means necessary and i feel like becoming and OfC would really help in this in devour.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?:
Because i have been playing Gmod for years now and have the experience necessary for a supervisory position i have plenty experience being in positions like such and even higher positions and id like to continue using and gaining more experience in positions like this. By choosing me over the other applicants you would be choosing someone who has experience and understanding of how to lead and train others.
What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP):
I have not played HL2RP much but i can apply my knowledge of being 65th CO (Military Police) on a Mil Rp server i also played Shock commander and more for star wars RP more than 5 times on other servers and i have been a Senior Officer for FBI/US Marshals for a Police RP server, i have other leadership experience that go beyond just CO i have gone higher but these are all related to policing units and im sure there are more but these are all i could think of right now and are the only ones that are related to policing in general.
What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?:
you can expect at least and i mean the minimum 22-25 hours in a week but in days i can probably be on 3 hours a day at the least but most of the time i can defiantly be doing more in a day and maybe more in weeks.
Do you have a working microphone?:
i do and a decent one at that.
Scenarios
You’re in the Nexus and an i4 comes up screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?:
i would stop him by detaining him and moving depending on the sevarity of what he said and considering what he said he too might be arrested or possible removed from CCA if it got that bad from what he said.
An i3 is being non-cohesive on the radio, saying things like “idk lol” or “dude I just killed that citizen lmao”. How would you respond?:
if he is talking in-character like that i would either in character tell him formally to stop or out of character tell him to stop and if he continues issue a punishment due to him continuing to use the radio incorrectly and talking in-character that a character like him in CCA would not talk in such a way.
During a patrol an i4 arrests someone for the incorrect charges. They don't seem to know what they're doing very well. How would you correct them?:
I would walk up to the explain which each charges is and tell them the corresponding charge to actions of a detained personal so that hey may understand which each charge means this way in the future that he may arrest and charge personal with the correct charges.
You’re a DcO and an OfC loses his temper and deservices a unit for a minor infraction, which is against our rules. How would you punish the OfC?:
by scolding and possibly demote him (if im allowed to do that as a DcO again a little new to HL2RP) if he continues lose control like this most defiantly a demotion but if its his first offense a scolding a warning and maybe a talk to him to see what's wrong and why he is so agitated as he may have issues that need solving possible the talk could be IC or OOC depending if he is really struggling in real life.
You're leading a PT in RDC and hear a beep nearby followed by citizens shouting in code to each other. What do you order your PT to do and what are your next steps?:
i order them to investigate the area and the citizens ID, detain, and search them if they have anything illegal depending on how illegal it is they will be arrested and if not i would order them to stop talking in codes as their first warning if they continue they will be arrested for suspicion that they may be anti-citizens and interrogated and possibly arrested.
A Necrotic outbreak is discovered by your PT and signs show it may already be out of containment of the area, what is your immediate response?:
I would order my PT to secure the area of where the breach of containment is and order all other CCA units to search for possible Necrotics in the area as some may have wandered off without us knowing i would issue a city wide search make sure civilians stay inside until the situation has been resolved by the CCA i would also use scanners to search the city from above by locking down the original breakout we eliminate the possibility of more Necrotics leaving by sending search Partys and scanners we eliminate all Necrotics that may have already left and wandered out into the city.
