After the seven-hour war, a group of former soldiers from the People's Liberation Army would form the New State of China; a new communist party-like group, 2 years after the seven-hour war. The New State of China would be a sanction grounds for survivors in Asia during the early stages of the combine. The founding chairman Yang Min would be relocated along with several other members to Europe. Frank Wallace, A former US National Guardsman, would meet Yang Min in an Apartment block they would share. Yang Min would welcome him to the New State and soon they would work closely together, knitting a new army and renaming the new state to the Chinese Nation Salvation Authority. 8 Years later, Yang Min would die of his old age and famine. Frank Wallace assumed Prime Minister and would continue on the legacy.
