Map Change Event

We’ve been hard at work on setting up and revising our next map and are happy to announce it’s finally ready for release! Thank you to the entire HL2RP Management team, Events team, and Staff team for their hard work and dedication on this project. This effort took longer than we originally wanted, primarily to ensure the quality of gameplay and because we needed to make an edit of the map. A lot of effort was put into new elements such as Combine cameras, improved Combine doors, zones, and other essential quality-of-life features for our gameplay.Once we switch to City 27, players can expect more updates to follow that expand the ability to RP on the server. An update to the JURY division will come first, adding new ways for the Combine to gain intelligence against criminals and the Resistance. We’re excited about this update, be sure to check it out when it releases and let us know what you think. Suggestions and bug reports are always appreciated when posted on the forums. After the JURY Inspection Update, we'll move towards revamping the apartment system, stay tuned for more details on that.
Lastly, a big thank you to everyone who has played on and supported Astronet. It's been great to see our community rise in popularity and we're looking forward to crafting more fun games for everyone to enjoy. We’re also happy everyone has been receptive to our goal of bringing more RP to the HL2RP server. We want to make a server that strikes a happy balance between ease of gameplay and roleplay intensity, and we’re advancing that vision every day.
