The apartment block that's in slums and connected to CZ (Y'know the one, big gaping hole in it and everything) has no storage!
Now, while this can be relatively understandable, I've been told the apartments on catwalks do have storage, which seems like an inconsistency.
Which is why I make this suggestion, to add storage to these apartments.
This would encourage base builders to go even deeper into the slums to build, and encourage rebels to build hidden bases in these very same apartments!

Some of the bottom floor apartments do have these features, but not all of them do.
