Why are you applying for this position?:
I'm applying to the CA position because I want to establish more RP scenarios in the server and community, I want to achieve more LARP type scenarios in the server, like kidnappings or any type of event that requires more seriousness and communication.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?:
Because I'm able to do a full time roleplay as CA and any faction, I'm able to roleplay appropriately and if I needed I would learn anything that it's required to learn, and I learn quickly so It shouldn't be an issue.
What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP):
I don't really have a lot of leadership experience, except for Protection Teams leading and the same with Stabilization Teams, of course both requires good leadership, coordination and communication.
What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?:
You can expect a lot of activity from me if I get approved, I already give out a lot of time but if I get elected I would really dedicate more time in the community and server.
What sort of roleplay do you plan to bring to the faction and server in this position?:
I plan to bring a lot of different roleplay scenarios into the server, each one depending on the situation of the city and the server, but mostly I would bring a wide range of roleplay sequences.
Describe what makes a good city broadcast and what you might use the broadcast camera for:
A good city broadcast shall be quick but efficient at the same time, and I would use the broadcast camera for a lot of things, but mostly of these things will be related to roleplay.
Scenarios
You’re in the Nexus and an i4 comes up to the CA's office screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?:
I would inform the CP supervisory ranks about the incident and I would stand by for an OTA stabilization team to escort the i4 to the HPR-2, waiting for the supervisory ranks to take a disciplinary action.
Judgement Waiver has been activated in the city, what do you do during this situation?:
First of all I would go to my office (if not already there) and I would make a broadcast announcement talking about the malignants and giving a speech how they don't help us and the citizens. (Making citizens and CP think that the rebels are bad, when they actually are)
You receive a written letter from a claimed rebel source regarding a hostage, what do you do in this situation?
I would inform the CP supervisory ranks about the incident and I would stand by for results of the kidnapping, and if needed I would deploy OTA ST's in order to assist these Protection Teams.
A Civil Protection SqL comes to your office to warn you that your broadcasts need to be more cohesive, what do you do?
I would take the advice and I would make my broadcasts more cohesive accordingly to the SqL warning.
