Badge awards have been added to the Astronet forums, allowing for us to reward and decorate members for their contributions and participation. We plan to use these awards in the future for things like custom event badges. For example, applicable events may have multiple badges, such as for first, second, and third place winners. Other events may have a simple participation badge.
Badges display on your forums profile, member card, and post side pane. You can choose several badges to feature, which are the ones that show next to your forum posts and in your member card. Here are some details:

- Staff members will receive a badge for each position level they achieve.
- Allows for recognition of current and retired staff members for their efforts.
- Custom badges will be created to recognize different occasions as needed.
- Badge for supporting an.gg by being in the Helix Program to recognize current and previous members.
- Featured badges can be chosen by visiting your forum profile and the Badges tab.
