Other Changes​

• Overwatch EOW can now claim created squads.
• Overwatch OVC and above can change city status codes.
• Overwatch OVC and above can dispatch city announcements.
• Overwatch ODL and above can give orders to Overwatch Squads via the PDA:
  • Custom order
  • Block inspection
  • Disband
• Overwatch ODL and above can kick Overwatch squad members.
• Overwatch ODL and above can use /otawhitelist, but must coordinate and discuss promotions.
• Overwatch can now obtain more from the OTA Requisitions. More to be added in future updates.
• Overwatch Ranger now receives an Overwatch Sniper Rifle instead of EVR Scope with an AR2.
• Added visual outlines for fellow Combine PT/Squad members.
