[i17] Some apartments don't have storage chests

I don't know if the stoves work or not, haven't checked. No reason to buy these if there's no storage. Even the garages in slums have them. Please fix!

Thank you for reporting this, we're checking the differences with our current map configurations to fix this. This would be my fault honestly, I thought these apartments were removed not moved entirely haha.

I hope you still intend to keep them, they are some of my favorite i17 apartments
