Why are you applying for this position?: Because i want to make a difference i want to make sure that minges get punishment as a i1 i cannot do such things as a dvl or even a sql i could make some amazing changes
Why should we choose you over other applicants?: I will try my best every single day to make sure this server can thrive and as a high command i think i can do that i can help to the best of my ability, and try to give the other officers a good time and try not to be too rude
What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP): deep gaming hl2rp i was Dco for 1 month i was sql for a month or so dvl for around 2-3 months.
What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?: 8 hours a day minimum
Do you have a working microphone?: Yes.
Scenarios
You’re in the Nexus and an i4 comes up screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation? i would tell him to remain cohesive in any case that he proceeds to not listen i would tell my pt to take lead then i would question the i4 for his actions i would ask him of his decisions and debunk what is happening and why he is screaming and insulting people, i would let him off with a warning as he is only an i4 after which i would log the incident and ask other officers to report to me if further issues arise. if he it is racism i would talk to him reminding him to not be racist in this server and that the i4 will be deserviced and most likely banned if further racism arises.
An i3 is being non-cohesive on the radio, saying things like “idk lol” or “dude I just killed that citizen lmao”. How would you respond? i would remind him to remain cohesive and professional at all times unless instructed by high command to do otherwise, if they continue to act with stupidity i would pull him aside to question him while telling my pt to take lead and that i would be a few moments the i3 will be talked to and punished for his insubordination if he proceeds to be stupid and may lead to possibly being deserviced
if further issues arise.
During a patrol an i4 arrests someone for the incorrect charges. They don't seem to know what they're doing very well. How would you correct them?: i would pull them to the side telling the next step up of the pt to take lead i would proceed to converse with the i4 about the charges and ask him why he thought the charges were right after which i would show him and teach him the correct charges on the field to better help him but if he proceeds to get the charges wrong even after all of this he will be punished.
You’re a DcO and an OfC loses his temper and disservices a unit for a minor infraction, which is against our rules. How would you punish the OfC?: I would tell my pt if i am currently in one that im going 10-6 and i would proceed to command the OFC to report to nexus. once he arrives i would question him about why he deserviced a unit for a minor infraction if his reason is not good enough which it cant really be he would be deserviced or if high command has something to say about it then it would be their choice
You're leading a PT in RDC and hear a beep nearby followed by citizens shouting in code to each other. What do you order your PT to do and what are your next steps?: i would radio pt to lockdown the rdc and to remove any civilians from the area and search any citizens for contraband if none is found we would proceed to make sure whatever is inside is not able to escape and if the beeping comes to a complete halt then we will tactically move in and take down any rebels on the way once cleared I would radio in that the rdc is secured and it is safe to remove off lockdown. I would continue with my normal patrols
A Necrotic outbreak is discovered by your PT and signs show it may already be out of containment of the area, what is your immediate response?: we would report it to the containment unit stationed nearby to deal with the matter ota would be called incase of alienlife breaching the parameter we would lockdown the area making sure no citizens and aliens get in or out we would wait until its cleaned up then resume our patrol.
