General questions:
Why do you wish to apply for APF?
I wish to apply for APF, so I can support my ST's, and so I can more effectively help to give other Assets in my ST an Advantage in battle against Anticitizen, Necrotics or other threats.
What do you think APF represents?
The APF (Antibody Protection Force) or just Suppressors represent specialized Support Assets.
Armed with heavy Armor and a Pulse Minigun, they are to be a Support Force alongside normal Infantry Assets in their ST's, Their sole and most effective Purpose is to suppress Targets, using their Pulse Minigun's overwhelming Firepower to effectively destroy any incoming resistance, and assissting the rest of their ST to advance up, not rushing in but helping their ST to gain an advantage over the enemy.
Do you think you can bring anything new to the division?
If my conduct as an APF were to be good, I want to attempt and be an example to other future APF's that are applying for this position to be a Supportive Force that assist their ST heavily.
Deployment scenario: (please explain as detailed as you can what would you do as an APF unit in the following circumstance)
Map- i17
You are deployed as an ST lead alongside 4 other interlocked assets: 1 MACE 2 ECHOs equipped with AR2s and 1 ECHO with an MP7.
You are displaced on an OZ sweep and begin approaching the doorway leading to OZ-2 when you realize a group of up to 7 rebels have established a foothold in OZ-2 and have created a killzone within said transfer hallway. It is also reported that they have a confirmed sniper on top of one of the 2 warehouses. Your ST has been tasked with clearing out the sector with minimal losses, failure is non-negotiable. How will you proceed? (Keep in mind, you are leading the ST and have full control over your interlocked assets)
First it would be important to know on which of those 2 warehouses the AC Sniper is positioned on. Once that is cleared up I would proceed by positioning the 2 ECHO's with AR2's on the sides, with the MP7 ECHO assissting on either, as this is inside a Hallway, the MACE would be at a disadvantage due to the length of the Hallway. Once we are in position, one of the Assets or I would throw a Smoke Grenade and activate Thermals. after that I would open the door and start to open Fire, hopefully suppressing the AC's sightlines while the 2 ECHO's slowly but surely move in, with the MACE following suit incase of a Rebel moving in close. I would continue suppressing the AC's until, hopefully my the Assets in my ST can advance, and I would of course very slowly follow, using Smoke Grenades to conceal ourselves, hopefully pinning them down or making them retreat. Once they have either retreated or have been amputated. I would remind my ST to stay alert of the SNIPER that is positioned in OZ-2, ordering another Smoke Grenade to be thrown before then ordering to Inject, I'd order my ST to Stay Alert about the other AC's while I try to Suppress the SNIPER's fire, trying to make sure they do not get the chance to take a shot. It is also crucial for my ST and I to stay concealed in the Smoke, as this gives us a slight advantage. Once all AC's have been Amputated with the Exception of the SNIPER, we would slowly Advance to the SNIPER's Position, while further Suppressing him. Once we are there we would slowly advance, while sending the 2 ECHO's with the AR2's and the MACE ahead, with the MP7 ECHO covering me from behind. Once the SNIPER is Amputated and all AC's are amputated, we would do one more Sweep around the area to then confirm through the Radio that the Area is Sundown and that we will continue our Sweep as normal.
Do you understand that any misconduct within the division can lead to your removal?
Yes, I understand.
