Why should we pick you over other candidates?: I strive to teach new Assets on how to behave and not behave, I've also lead a couple Sweeps through OZ-1 and think due to my Leadership qualities I am capable of taking the Role of an OVC.
Specific Questions
An OWS is 10 codes, as a supervisor what do you do?: I would order the OWS to suspend using 10 codes and clearly explain that those are Civil Protection exclusive and also advising them that they read the Handbook by sending them a Link through /looc. In case they do not Suspend from using 10 codes, I will issue one more warning before proceeding to defuncting the Asset.
A EOW is speaking to a citizen, it seems like casual chit-chat, as a supervisor what do you do?: I would immediately order the EOW Asset to Suspend from talking to the Citizen and question them about why they were talking to the Citizen. Similarly I would advise them to go through the OTA Handbook and keep a close eye on him. It case something like this happens again, I would then order De-servicement.
You are a lone asset on a patrol, you see a rebel run inside a building, the building has no other exits or entrances, there are other assets active. What do you do?: I would not advance alone. Instead I would radio in about AC activity at my Vector (Location) and request reinforcements from other available Assets. Once the other Assets have arrived at my Vector we would push in one by one to Amputate any AC activity and other resistance inside the Building.
An EOW asset is purposefully going out onto plaza and refusing to listen to orders, as a supervisor what do you do?: I would tell the EOW Asset to Suspend at once and ripcord into HPR at once (most likely by also placing a Command Waypoint for the Asset to see). If the Asset doesn't respond I would mark them as an Autonomous Asset.
An i1 unit runs up to you and start screaming at you because you had let them die, as a supervisor what do you do?: If a CPF Supervisory Unit is active I would radio them through /rl to get their Unit under control, also issuing them the Unit Designation (Tag-line). Otherwise I would stay silent and not respond.
A CA is being un-cohesive, speaking none approved languages and spreading anti-combine propaganda, what do you do?: I would radio to the CA to cease this un-cohesive behavior at the Spot, If my Warnings are Ignored, I would move to the Administrators Office to proceed with the De-servicement of the City Administrator before radioing in that the CA was unfit for his Position. I would also report the Mingey behavior to the Mod Team.
Before the city can be returned to civil from Judgement waiver, what must CCA await for from OTA?: After CONDITION: ALPHA has been called, CCA has to await for Overwatch to complete the Headcount of their Assets. Once all Assets are accounted for, CCA get the go ahead for de-escalation.
You are an OvC and condition Alpha is called by an ODL, what do you do?: If I am leading an ST I would radio them to respond to Condition: Alpha and return to the meeting point at the ODL for Headcount ASAP.
You are leading a OZ with 2 other assets when suddenly you hear 3 anti-citizens speaking to eachother inside a small house and they haven't heard you approach. How would you deal with this situation?: I would Radio to the other Assets to be as quiet as possible and lock down any exits, hoping they do not notice us. I would order them to Walk Silently and turn their flashlights off. We would then slowly and quietly approach the Rebels while they are oblivious and Ambush them with Flashbangs or Smokes, with this sort of Ambush I would ensure minimal losses and maximum success.
A Jury unit reports there is an active rogue inside a known rebel outpost on the Storm System. What do you do in this situation?: I would assemble a full Stabilization Team to coordinate a Shadow Raid. Once all Assets are present, and Overwatched has been Informed, we would start Deploying and move to the Rebel Outpost to amputate the De-serviced Unit, ignoring any Citizen and Rebel unless unavoidable. Once the Defunct Unit has been Amputated my ST and I would swiftly Ripcord back to the HPR in the same manner we deployed.
