Why are you applying for this position?: I want to support the faction with my help and make it even greater than it is currently.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?: My expirience and the ability to be strict at times when needed is difficult to beat.
What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP): DvL, 5 CA Whitelists on PG/DG and high ranks in big F6's.
What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?: jobless activity.
Do you have a working microphone?: Yes. I use it constantly.
Scenarios
You’re in the Nexus and an i4 comes up screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?: tell him to calm down and re-educate him. explain them that doing things like that are no good.
An i3 is being non-cohesive on the radio, saying things like “idk lol” or “dude I just killed that citizen lmao”. How would you respond?: tell him to suspend and act professional over TAC radio and have a word with their PT-Lead.
During a patrol an i4 arrests someone for the incorrect charges. They don't seem to know what they're doing very well. How would you correct them?: explain the basics and give them the handbook + let an i1 train them. we all learn from mistakes.
You’re a DcO and an OfC loses his temper and deservices a unit for a minor infraction, which is against our rules. How would you punish the OfC?: strike them, report them to staff and have a talk with the OfC. warning them to stay professional and to never do such a thing again.
You're leading a PT in RDC and hear a beep nearby followed by citizens shouting in code to each other. What do you order your PT to do and what are your next steps?: tell them to run/take cover and hope for the best. if it was a "fake" IED attack then I will command the rest to arrest the person and have them interrogated.
A Necrotic outbreak is discovered by your PT and signs show it may already be out of containment of the area, what is your immediate response?: hold down the area. block it off and radio in for reinforcements.
