Why should we pick you over other candidates? You may write whatever you wish in order to convince us that you should be whitelisted. You might want to include experience, superior qualities, what we might be able to expect from your etc. Essentially sell yourself, make us pick you. The reason I should be picked over other candidates Is because I've previously had prior experience In supervisory outside of GMoD, which taught me how to handle myself In stressful situations, communicate effectively within the team, making sure to maintain proper coordination between my delegates and treat everyone with respect. I will deliver to the Overwatch consistency, discipline, and overall run things smoother to prevent uncohesiveness. I'm a quick learner, I am reliable. I am willing to put effort in the server to ensure stability of the community, grow within the ranks and contribute to the community's success.
Specific Questions
An OWS is 10 codes, as a supervisor what do you do? In this scenario, I would remind the delegate that the 10 codes are only utilized by Civil Protection, and not Overwatch. I would then proceed by sending him in the LOOC the Overwatch Handbook, telling him to revise everything Inside it to make sure he knows everything. If the delegate refuses to cooperate, and still utilizes the 10 codes I would defunct the unit for giving too many warnings.
A EOW is speaking to a citizen, it seems like casual chit-chat, as a supervisor what do you do? In this scenario, I would radio to the EOW issuing him a reminder warning, that It's against the protocol to start conversation with citizens as Overwatch and advising him to re-read the Handbook to avoid scenes like this In the future. If the delegate Ignores my orders, I would proceed defuncting the unit along with de-servicement.
You are a lone asset on a patrol, you see a rebel run inside a building, the building has no other exits or entrances, there are other assets active. What do you do? First of all, I would radio In about the Anti-Citizen activity that is currently on-going and calling in the other assets to converge to my vector. After the assets arrived, we would push in the building to sterilize the Anti-citizen and any other that could be Inside the building.
An EOW asset is purposefully going out onto plaza and refusing to listen to orders, as a supervisor what do you do? In this situation, I would Immediately radio In to the delegate to ripcord to the Nexus. If the delegate refuses to listen to my orders, I would mark the delegate as defunct unit and order the Civil Protection to amputate him on sight.
An i1 unit runs up to you and start screaming at you because you had let them die, as a supervisor what do you do? If this scenario happens, I would radio In to the Civil Protection Command to deal with the unit since It's not my case. If the unit continues to scream at my face, refusing to my orders I would amputate him.
A CA is being un-cohesive, speaking none approved languages and spreading anti-combine propaganda, what do you do? First, I would radio In the TAC, giving the CA a verbal warning to suspend the uncohesive behavior from him. If the CA refuses to listen, I would move to the vector of the CA and proceed with the de-servicement of the CA, also gaining evidence and reporting him to the closest online mod available.
Before the city can be returned to civil from Judgement waiver, what must CCA await for from OTA? First, all OTA delegates must report to the HPR-1 for Alpha waypoint before changing the city sociostatus to Civil. It's to ensure that there are no OTA left wandering in the streets confused. After the OTA fully ripcorded, CCA are permitted to change the sociostatus to Civil.
You are an OvC and condition Alpha is called by an ODL, what do you do? In this scenario, I would obviously order my Stabilization Team to ripcord to the HPR-1 for Alpha waypoint from ODL, since It's the highest priority.
You are leading a OZ with 2 other assets when suddenly you hear 3 anti-citizens speaking to eachother inside a small house and they haven't heard you approach. How would you deal with this situation? First, I would transmit In the radio, that code Midnight-Zero Is in-effect. Meaning, all chatters MUST be ceased and all actions must be performed with silence to prevent the rebels knowing the presence of the ST. We would group up and throw our utilities In the house (Flashbangs). We would swiftly push Inside the building and amputating the 3 Anti-Citizens.
A Jury unit reports there is an active rogue inside a known rebel outpost on the Storm System. What do you do in this situation? In this situation, I would first form a Stabilization Team. After I formed one, I would tell my units uniform at the bridge transit area, explaining to them SR (Shadow Raid) rules. After every delegate acknowledges, we would deploy to the Rebel Outpost In the Storm System. We will then capture the Defunct Unit and amputate him, Immediately ripcording back to Nexus.
