Low-DMG Vort Melee

So, the only vortigaunt cave on the upcoming T6 map is blocked by wood boards. Not only that, but when broken, they respawn after about 10 minutes or so.

I recommend granting vortigaunts (INCLUDING SHACKLED) a melee on-par with the pipe. It would be low-damage enough to be non-viable in shotcop (especially when compared to the vort powers) but would be just enough to break wood barricades, vents, and perhaps even disperse headcrabs in the outlands. This would be absolutely vital for the new map if we want to encourage passive roleplay on vorts (my personal specialty), otherwise I'll be forced to glitch in and out of the vort cave as a vort (shackled or otherwise) and I'd rather not do that.

As far as I know, vorts can't wield melee weapons. I'm basing this assumption on the lack of animations, though I haven't checked. Either way, this would be essential, and there's no in-lore explanation for preventing vorts from using their claws when shackled.
