Why are you applying for this position?: To fill it and better direct and lead The Metro Police force with strictness and such making certain combinations of words blacklisted Ex: Vice Vice-80, Flush Yellow shit Ect Ect making the server's MPF even more serious than the original impulse I also Plan on making i3+ whitelist only to prevent minges from getting guns and such
Why should we choose you over other applicants?: I am a determined man with a mission to make the MPF less mingy and break down on Blacklisted word combinations I also plan on hosting trainings and doing consistent Patrols around CZ And other rarely checked areas
What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP): I am a i2 in Deep gaming I used to be a Master Sargent in Icefuse Starwars RP
What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?: Decent I'm available every Wednesday Friday and the weekends

You’re in nexus and an i4 comes up screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?: Depending On my current rank It might change say im a i1 and I ASK him to stop it if he doesn't I report him to a OfC+ so they can Deal with them since its not my jurisdiction now as a OfC+ I would ask him to stop if he does not I would re-educate him
An i3 is being non-cohesive on the radio, saying things like “idk lol” or “dude I just killed that citizen lmao”. How would you respond?: Remain Cohessive and use correct radio codes If you need assistance on the codes then ask
During a patrol an i4 arrests someone for the incorrect charges. They don't seem to know what they're doing very well. How would you correct them?: I would tell them that the gave him the wrong charges giving them a handbook containing the arrest charges ect ect and Go on with me day checking after five minutes to quiz him on the codes
You’re a DcO and an OfC loses his temper and deservices a unit for a minor infraction, which is against our rules. How would you punish the OfC?: I wouldn't deservice them but I would contact the CmD so we can have a meeting discusing their punishment Though I would be against killing a asset I would be fine demoting them to i3 and perma locking them there
