Why are you applying for this position?: I think we need more leadership and better leaders

Why should we choose you over other applicants?: I have 4 years of experience on HLRP

What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP): I have been a i1 on almost every HLRP Server and this would be my first time being a OFC but I would like to help keep order. I also know almost all of the codes and rules

What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?: Almost daily activity

You’re in the Nexus and an i4 comes up screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?: Warn him not to. then if he continues re educate him. He if still continues. He needs to be Deserviced.

An i3 is being non-cohesive on the radio, saying things like “idk lol” or “dude I just killed that citizen lmao”. How would you respond?: "Remain cohesive i3 and stop." And if he is to continue then you will have to mark him for Deservicement

During a patrol an i4 arrests someone for the incorrect charges. They don't seem to know what they're doing very well. How would you correct them?: I would show them how to properly handle it and the proper charges for it.

You’re a DcO and an OfC loses his temper and deservices a unit for a minor infraction, which is against our rules. How would you punish the OfC?: Either a heavy re education or if this happens again. And if it is to keep happening Demotion or a combine blacklist

You're leading a PT in RDC and hear a beep nearby followed by citizens shouting in code to each other. What do you order your PT to do and what are your next steps?: I would yell "Code-10!" and would try to get my PT away from the possible bomb threat. And being on high alert as well as alerting other Pts about the possible bomb threat.

A Necrotic outbreak is discovered by your PT and signs show it may already be out of containment of the area, what is your immediate response?: To tell other PTs of this Necrotic outbreak and to alert them of were it could be.

Your application was denied before and you were told to wait a week to apply, you posted this a day or two later instead. In addition to the fact you publicly complain about the faction's state instead of privately going to the right people about it shows concern. Plus I haven't seen you on after you rage quit due to MPF not doing their job right, you aren't fit for Officer in that regard.

I'm not gonna have an argument with you on the forums about if you did or did not rage-bait, but you did after the MPF did one fuck-up and not once did I hear any mention about family stuff.

However, I will call you out for lying since you were told to wait a week by Sheriff when he denied your first application.
