Questions

What is the rank you're applying for within the faction?:

Foreman.

Why are you applying for this position?:

I decided to pick this as I wanted to expand RP within the Civil Worker's Union as there is currently no higherups (that I know of). I feel the
CWU is a very overlooked faction and deserves more recognition as a whole. People usually skim over it for Combine factions but this is one
of the best and one of my favorite factions overall.

Why should we choose you over other applicants?:

I've been trying to expand out and look for something I can help gain traction, and as stated before I haven't seen any CWU Leadership. So why not
give it a shot and be the first to let the faction get a grip on a smooth surface.

What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP):

I've been an OfC on an older server that has since been long gone (I have the video if you want it), I was a DcO for this server
now a DvL, along with one of the CAs. I also led the Overwatch faction on JustRP (Dead).

What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?:

Low, I've been rather busy with IRL complications, and I soon have End of the year exams and finals. During the summer
I can show above average. It's just been getting busier, but I do find time to mingle on the server every now and then.

What sort of roleplay do you plan to bring to the faction and server in this position?:

A LOT of passive RP. I tend to initiate passive RP a lot, and I usually do it out of mainly anything. Rather it be a handmade dupe
that looks good enough to pose as a building or camp, to being the mastermind behind a mysterious shopkeeper that holds a daring secret.

Describe your type of proposed events/workshifts or passive roleplay you would help with or create in the faction?:

I have many in mind, though I'll put one forth.

During a factory work shift, a machine (most likely would be a console for tracking packages) was malfunctioning. It seemed to be sparking
and would not respond. Factory workers try to find the root of the issue but yet fail. A Protection-team is called over, and they have a GRID inspect it
to find that it was sabotaged with a device capable of short-circuiting CMB Consoles. A Supervisor is requested (if there already isn't one) and rounds the
workers up outside in a line and begins questioning them. One Factory worker is hiding a secret, and by the time the supervisor gets to them it's obvious they are behind it.

(It is a long RP so I will sum it up, they interrogate him and they break him for the truth to find two individual names that are key parts to their investigation. That moves on
to a different semi-passive RP)

Are you a member of a rebel group, or are you in a leadership position in a rebel group?:

I am a Member of one. Though I have a Loyalist character.

How many hours of loyalist gameplay as a citizen do you have? (rough guess if not exact is fine):

2-4ish hours. I don't play Loyalist much as there isn't much to really do.

Scenarios

You're directing a civil workforce shift when CPs arrived led by a supervisor and demand assistance from the Union. What do you do?:

I immediately drop what I am doing and then answer to the supervisor, say they need us to assist in a cleanup. I would then round up
the workers and give them a brief explanation of what they need to do. I would then follow the supervisor and fulfill the task they have requested.

Judgement Waiver has been activated in the city during your workforce shift, what do you do during this situation?:

First, I would tell all workers that they are to not leave whatsoever.
Secondly, I would lockdown the factory and tell the workers to ready themselves to be possibly searched.
Lastly, I would tell the workers after they were searched to finish the packages that are already within the factory.

You receive a written letter from a claimed rebel source regarding a Union hostage, what do you do in this situation?:

My first action would be to report it towards a Civil Protection supervisor. I Would give the supervisor all the information I know about either the worker
or what the rebel source wants out of it. I would then wait for a notice from the Civil Protection supervisor about the whereabouts of the Union worker.

You learn someone has stolen from the workshift or you suspect an individual of doing so, what do you do?:

Once I have received word of someone being suspected of stealing, I would request a protection team and then locate the individual and then question them.
If I find their claims or defense doesn't add up or doesn't work enough, I would let the protection team handle the rest.

One of your workshift employees is uncohesive and non-responsive to your instructions. What do you do?:

First, I would give them a warning to heed instructions they are given to clear any problems that may arise.
Secondly, if they continue, I would request a protection team and give them a tip to monitor the individual during the work shift.
Lastly, If they take it even further, I would let the Civil Protection handle it.

You learn another supervisor is abusing workshift mechanics to give monetary rewards to his friends or himself, what do you do?:

I would report it to a Higher-up immediately. I would then tell them to quit giving out rewards and perform their duty correctly. If I were the Higher-up,
I would pull them aside. I would then remind them of the rules and then let them go with just a verbal punishment yet putting it on their record.
